Once plans are finalized and permits secured, our expert construction team breaks ground. We maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship at every stage — from foundation and framing through electrical, plumbing, and finishes. Throughout construction, you'll have access to your personal BuilderTrend client portal for real-time progress updates, photos, and direct communication with our project managers.

The most fulfilling phase — where your house truly becomes a home. Working alongside our interior design team, you'll make the selections that personalize every detail: furniture, window treatments, accessories, and finishes. We conduct a thorough walkthrough, address any punch-list items, and hand you the keys when everything meets our exacting standards and yours.
